Tigran Zakarian

Technical understanding.
Human leadership.

I’m an independent senior project manager with more than 15 years of experience leading complex programmes. I’ve worked across retail, broadcasting, banking and technology, with direct accountability for schedule, scope, budget and quality.

My work often sits where business needs meet technical complexity: connecting teams, making risks visible and helping leaders make the decisions that keep a programme moving. I’m equally comfortable with a steering committee and a hands-on delivery team.

Today I bring that experience to a changing landscape. Alongside my consulting work, I designed, built and launched Project-M8—an AI-assisted diagnostic and template tool for project managers.

EXPERIENCE MEETS WHAT’S NEXT

Human leadership.
An AI-ready mindset.

The tools are changing. The need for clear decisions, accountable delivery and people who work well together isn’t.

A practitioner, not just an observer.

I led an AI programme at SEB and built Project-M8 from the ground up. I use tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT and Gemini alongside the judgement earned from real delivery.

The right method for the challenge.

Agile, Waterfall or a pragmatic combination. Structure should serve the project, not the other way around.
